Ohio Valley Surgical Specialists has a fully accredited vascular laboratory onsite at the Owensboro office. A vascular laboratory specializes in imaging arteries and veins utilizing ultrasound. The procedures performed are painless and do not use needles, dyes, or x-rays. Vascular ultrasound studies typically take less than one hour to complete.  We were the first vascular lab in the area to receive accreditation by the ICAVL.
