What payment methods do you accept?

We accept personal checks, credit cards, and cash. If you are covered by a health plan with which we participate we will collect your co-payment at the time of service.


Will you file a claim with my insurance company, or is this my responsibility?

We will file a claim with your insurance company.

How do I make an appointment to see a surgeon?

You can make an appointment by obtaining a referral from your primary care physician. If your health plan does not require a primary care referral you may call our office directly to schedule an appointment.


How are emergencies handled after hours? 

There is always a surgeon from our group who is on-call 24 hours a day. This includes holidays and weekends. If you have an emergency when the office is closed call the answering service, 270-683-3551. The surgeon on call will be paged. 


What is the age range of the patients you see?

We see all patients, infants and older.
