What payment methods do you accept?

We accept personal checks, credit cards, and cash. If you are covered by a health plan with which we participate we will collect your co-payment at the time of service.


Will you file a claim with my insurance company, or is this my responsibility?

We will file a claim with your insurance company.

How do I make an appointment to see a surgeon?

You can make an appointment by obtaining a referral from your primary care physician. If your health plan does not require a primary care referral you may call our office directly to schedule an appointment.


How are emergencies handled after hours? 

There is always a surgeon from our group who is on-call 24 hours a day. This includes holidays and weekends. If you have an emergency when the office is closed call 270-683-3720, and your call will be answered by the practice’s answering service. The surgeon on call will be paged.


What is the age range of the patients you see?

We see all patients, infants and older.
